Taken at The Hermitage, Dunkeld, earlier this year (04/10/06).

We had recently bought a new lens, Sigma EX DG 24-70mm f/2.8 macro, and I wanted to try it out.

Whilst the dogs and I were waiting (patiently) for Fiona to finish taking shots of the cascading river near by, I spotted an oak laden with acorns and decided to snap away.

It's a great lens!

ISO 100, 1/160sec, f/3.5, Focal length 70mm.

Camera:Canon EOS 350D
Lens:Sigma 24-70mm
Recording media:CF

Yeeees, should explain, WE means beloved (FeePhoto) hasn't been allowed near the lens as I've been hogging it since new. Busted!
