Does this work better/ Follows the rules and uses the water again but still a bit static. High viewpoint only area available due to health and safety rules. Rare 4x4 sierra fully restored and very fast - the owner must be mad - car valued at in excess of £20K.

Slower shutter speed and a bit of panning as the car passed you would have put some blur on the wheels, this would have helped give the shot a sense of movement......It's something that needs to be practised though and doesn't come easily.....You may be able to put some blur on the wheels in PS....
