I guess because it is quite easy to prepare and does not need too much attention whilst roasting Wink

I few slices of this would go down quite nicely on a cold Winter's day like today but this was taken at a Medieval Festival last August.

Nice one Jeff.

I was once the assistant photographer at a wedding where this was served up at the reception with just cabbage and mashed spuds. It was different but everyone thought it was a great idea.
