A couple of shots from Epping Forest last Sunday.
v1 - I was playing with levels and curves and quite liked the effect.
v2 - a similar shot but from a reverse angle, sadly without the bench, and as it should look re WB.
A bit of a shock for the system after the heat of Australia but just as beautiful.
Normal Oz service will resume after this short break.
Have a peaceful Sunday, Dave

I really like the composition of these two wintery images, Dave.

Good morning,
I didn't think this was your's, not being sun, sea, sand and girls in itsy bitsy bikini's (notice I didn't say Yellow Polka Dot, that would be showing my age). So you've finally plucked up courage to brave the British weather and come up with a good image (as usual). Works well Dave especially with the wonkey donkey bench. ![]()

Two excellent captures Dave with great processing, I do like them both.

Trev.
2 cracking shots which both have their merit, like the turquoise hues in V1 & the comp in V 2 is excellent.. Both exude coldness..Great work
Two beautiful captures, of which I chose v2 as my favourite today. Superbly composed image, well captured the snow.
Johanna
V1 is almost like a fairy tale but V2 is magical the snow being the right colour and very wintry
Two beautiful shots Dave. V2 for me it leads you into the scene with move detail. Well done. WesternRed.
no 2 for me as well, a fine composition and lovely tones
Dave, must admit v1 is nice but v2 for me as it has that ghostly appeal. As above has that picture post card touch to it. Regards Russell ![]()
