Avebury Stone Circle, recently voted second best of all of the UNESCO Heritage sites in the world
Avebury dominates & pervades the whole village of Avebury, please check out the two minute video to see the scale of it.

Not far from West Kennet Long Barrow & Silbury Hill, indeed their is an avenue /procession from West Kennet Long Barrow to Avebury.

Off to bed now, stayed up too late to upload this..will be shattered at work tomorrow .

Hmm, red works like a charm here.
It warms the image up a bit and so lovely ages it down as well.
Just like the original it keeps all of it's depth and atmosphere.
Well done my friend.

Have you been to Wayland's Smithy yet, it's not far from avebury?

You have created an atmosphere that tells it's own story, a story of time down through the ages of human endeavor to understand their lives and their surroundings, to be a part of Mother Earth that from whence they came only to return again. Excellent work excellent result of your talent Gareth, regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Hi Ava,
all good here Ava thankyou family all good fun ..hope you & yours are goodSmile

Leon (Tibetan) has been getting more grief from Mossyoak apparently, so has left for the noo ...sadly :-(

I'lll tell him you;ve been asking after him Ava.

Be good to see you back here , though I also have been off of here for a bit, purely through no photographs to upload at present.

I go to Stonehenge for teh Spring Equinox this coming month & then on May 15th, King Arthur is at the supreme(?) appeals court in London & all Druids & Pagans are gathering there in support..in robes & garments.....so I'm joining them..ahould get some very interesting photos!!!

Gareth :=-)
