My title has nothing to do with fishing,
but the only thing I could think off was
if I threw this hook and line in the water it would sink !!
It sure would sink, a great title Mick and lots and lots of loverly rust, theres always a bit of blue string hanging about too. Nothing wrong with this title or the shot
best stuff Patty
Certainly would sink Mick, great rust image, can see a face in those 4 rusty studs
Great thinking there Mick....a wonderful composition and good rusty colours...well captured
Love all the rusty colour Mick.

Same here, Mick.
Indeed, it would sink, but why would you want to sink that magnificent hook?
Your usual rusty excellence again Mick.
Nice bit of scrap there Mick might be worth a bob or two
Thanks for your explanation of the title
Heh!and I love the image
Good thinking? Great image.
Unless there are invisible fixings on one side or the other it would never rise again
Delighted to note how many members are now hooked on rustography, Mick. You may have to consider extending the rule-book!
Overhead has given you a wonderful composition - the firm, strong baseline, the hook weighing it down, the chain trying to do the Indian rope trick and rise up.
I like your composition here and the rusty texture and colour Mick. A superb composition.
just don't get near it when you're doing your exercise routine!!
I don't know how you mange to find such wonderful examples of rust, Mick!

Perfect comp. and I really like the textures and detail in this one, Mick.
I can't imagine what one might catch with a hook that size -- Godzilla?
Well the 11 who viewed and did not cast their vote did not fall "hook line and sinker" for this image! Another wonderful addition to your rust images collection Mick
