Its a good motorsports shot. Great to see the concentration in his eyes!
Theres a small amount of glare on the windshield and helmet that responds well to the highlight tool in Photoshop CS; his quite central position can be improved by cropping space from the left and adding a little on the right as in the mod.

This is really good stuff!
The histogram tells me that it's bordering on overexposed which is easily resolved using 'curves.'
I can't fault the colours, once adjusted, or the sharpness, which is absolutely spot-on.
The composition looks fine to me, although someone will be along in a minute to tell you that the subject is too central.
It's one of those so-called 'rules,' which, in reality, are all a matter of opinion.
The only thing that I would do to it would be to remove, probably by careful cloning, the area in the top left, which is a little distracting.

The composition is too central and I'm sorry to have to say this but it isn't the problem with the image for me.
I was looking at your portfolio and this image here sort of shows what I am about to say. Whilst the image is very well executed and is pin sharp, Haga's eyes in this wider view are not enough to carry the image for me. This image could be of any biker, on a track day, in a race or whatever but where are the other racers? So we have to rely on your title to tell us what the image is about. You need to get the other racers chasing Haga in the background and get some emotion into the shot a bit like this one from the internet shows.
It is just a matter of getting into the right spot and sitting and waiting for the right shot to come along then grabbing it. It isn't easy and it takes practice but that is what getting that killer shot is all about. I don't mean this as a negative comment because your image on its own is very good but you need to get that information in there showing the viewer who knows nothing about BSB what the image is actually all about.
