Ali and Chloe having a drink, on a hot day in Italy Smile

I have darkened the highlights and increased the contrast a bit.

A nice image... however a tighter crop does away with some of the pillar and an adjustment to the levels to boost the image, in my mind helps the overall capture.

I like this a lot, Craig, especially the dog's tongue and the water splashes.
Your effort to diffuse the background has worked well. To get the dogs' faces in your frame, you obviously had little control over your background.
It's a fun image and works for me.
Pamela.

This is a nice amusing shot, well seen and taken. Difficult to get any other viewpoint. I would just flash the dodge tool over the far dog's eye and head.
