An in-flight hovering Hover-fly. I was actually setting up to photograph a rose, when this little chap came buzzing along. V2 shows the original capture ex camera - I had to crop in quite a bit.

So lucky that the light was giving you 1/3200th sec Sylvia. This has cropped in so well to give terrific detail on the fly and wings. Definately V1 for me as I hate roses..lol
