The first tourists have arrived at the feeder! The locals don't really approve, but I was well pleased to see my first ever brambling. He has moved on, though.
Smile hint for Norvegian tourists the word for beechnut is faîne the tree is hêtre Smile

We've had Bramblings at our feeders over the past few weeks. Aren't they such attractive little birds? I always look forward to their arrival. How nice getting the little "native" in as well! Makes a lovely image altogether. Take care. I am sure it will be a huge help to your Mum having you around.

Only ever seen them once. Lovely image of the Brambling but not sure that the OOF Blue Tit adds anything positive to the image.

The tits and the bolshy nuthatch think that the greaseball and the peanuts are only for them. I have seen 4-6 great tits seeing off the nuthatch!
