Another from Scalebar on Saturday and I prefer this to yesterdays upload, the composition is stronger and the light was better as the clouds had broken briefly. The title refers to the fact that a return visit must be on the cards, eh Tony Wink

Hope you all had a good weekend without getting snowed in.

Darren.

Excellent Darren, not many people include the sky from here, nice change to see it.

Thanks folks. I can see why most people crop the sky out Les, not the easiest of exposures. As you can see from the shadows on the far bank, I waited for the sun to rise above the bank behind me to throw some light down into the bottom.

Darren.

Brilliant shot.
Such nice detail and colour.

Love the light you've got here Darren, lady luck was with you that day as it's normally not the best light there, and you got it good enough to be able to include the sky!!!

Still waiting on the date as yet from t'others in the group but we shall return for sure, as soon as I know anything I'll let you know Smile

Excellent work, light,colours,comp....superb.

It's a beauty Darren, gorgeous colours, detail and light. Well composed too and the exposure for the water is perfect!
