good clean shot.
Great composition, I think this has to be one of my favourite images of the Starlings you've recently posted. Good work.
A beautiful shot. Not my favourite bird as they chase off the blue tits in my aunts garden
A superb image, the composition is spot on, love the detail and clarity, excellent use of dof.
" Must be something of interest on the other side " I'll stake my life on it Julia A wonderful image, excellent detail and composition, lovin that BG and light.
Gorgeous detail Julia. Love the composition!
A superbly sharp and detailed shot which reveals some fantastic colours and markings in the feathers, I also like the alert pose
wonderful shot. They are lovely (individually)!
Great detail & comp, nice one !
Body facing left out of the frame but the neck twisting round and looking into the frame, inspired composition, Julia and with great detail.
The plumage on these birds is quite beautiful and it shows up well in your fine image.
A great overall composition Julia - nicely done! John
Lovely detail, very good.
Beautiful sharp image.
I agree with Ade here.....one of the best starling shots that I have seen, Julia: a fine pose despite risk of cricked neck, wonderful detail and colouring spot on.
Looks like it needs eyes in the back of its head! Another winner, Julia.
A superb shot. Excellent lighting and d.o.f. Beautiful plumage detail and his pose is out of this world! Lovely!!
Cracking shot these birds beauty is underestimated
Mmmm, not 'appy! Got that cross look on its face.
Is he nosy or beaky ? In the that case he might even end up with a sticky beak!
fantastic detail in the beautiful midnight milky way plumage.
A lovely detailed capture.......Sandy
First class detail and composition Julia.
Great detail lovely background well isolated makes a stunner. like it.
Like the good details and tones in this Julia, good work
Very nice markings different to our starlings up to a point, I use flash on ours it highlights the colours more! and they do not seem to mind flash. like this and you have a nice soft background, well balanced composition.
