I agree with Ade here.....one of the best starling shots that I have seen, Julia: a fine pose despite risk of cricked neck, wonderful detail and colouring spot on.

Very nice markings different to our starlings up to a point, I use flash on ours it highlights the colours more! and they do not seem to mind flash. like this and you have a nice soft background, well balanced composition.
