Less tree, more you, try not to chop your legs off, well done, keep trying.
Hello Tamar, congratulations for your work.
I would like to make a general comment having seen all of your pictures now. Please choose to show the metadata (exif) details of your pictures, it would help members to see the settings and be more specific in teh feedback they offer to you.
I will make a comment, taking the ball from where nikshot above left it.
Your thought to shoot monochrome is very good. Since you were in this mindset (black & white)
I would like you to look again at your picture and think of it.
Fill one side of it with the black or the darker part and the other with the white or the lighter part.
You could set up the tripod in such way so the picture stops just before the end of the trunk of the tree on the right
cutting off the little white area
then you could use this space from your side to give that extra "breathing" space
or since nikshot mentions your legs... why not trying to shoot it vertically instead of horizontal so it shows all of your legs...
These are my comments on the picture,
Keep happy and healthy and keep snapping!
