This must be the most miserable bird I've ever seen, the young Dunnock obviously not liking what it is seeing............
From the archives..............image taken in 2012.
Many many thanks to all who voted/commented on the Fieldfare.............you have all helped the image become my best with 120 votes, lots of great comments and 10 User Awards............again this is a record for an image of mine........I'm just so taken aback by everything.

Fantastic detail and clarity in the feathers Julia. He does look rather depressed, I guess he must be sick of all this cold weather we've been experiencing!
