Ice on the Creek
Abstract 1-9

During the polar vortex the Conodoguinet Creek started to freeze over. This image was taken under Ramps Covered Bridge. The creek is now too high from rain and run-off to go under the bridge---

No--- I did not walk on this ice…….

Definitely see the face. Think the cat may be up at the top in the centre.

We saw the results of the polar vortex on TV news and I am surprised at just how far south it reached, Jenn: hope you survived that onslaught OK but at least it allowed this interesting image to be captured.
How interesting are the patterns the bubbles make under the surface.
