After leaving Neuschwanstein Castle and returning to the village of Hohenschwangau down in the valley I spotted these two horses, used to pull the carriages which convey you to and from the Castle, having a rest. I took V2 first, then the horse on the left suddenly turned to chat to his friend, so quickly grabbed the shot!

Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw 7, tweaked in Photomatix Pro 4 and Photoshop Elements 11.

Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.

Two fine captures of the pair, Trev, but that head turn by the one horse to speak to his companion just raises the shot to another level.
You caught the moment so well........timed to perfection.
Ronnie.

Brings back happy memories of Neuschwannstein....always remember buying this enormous poster which I had to carry back home with luggage on tow and never did find anywhere suitable to hang it!! SmileSmile

Quick thinking and reactions, Trev, takes a good image (v1) to the next level (v2)

A clever title so very apt for the first image. Both images have been wonderfully observed and captured, your choice of aperture allows the two main characters to be wonderfully sharp whilst softening the back ground slightly to avoid unnecessary distractions.

Great title works so well with the capture, good close crop spot on POV with focus to match.
