Ilfracombe in North Devon is one of those places you have to visit--- if your in the area.
Built on a slope ,horrible one way system,No parking---fast traffic Wardens.
However a nice stretch of coast and a small harbour.

Great place, I lived there for three months in 1979. Wonderful stretch of coastline - but unfortunately this was in my snapshot period, before I knew how to take a decent picture. Wouldn't mind going back again. There was a bakery that made the most wonderful (and huge) pasties.

Ahem. Anyway. I really like the rocks and the movement of the waves in this one, Kim. Good shot!

Oooh, Kim, this is a little bit delicious. The detail you've captured in the rocks is driving me to ecstacy. The suspended wave is a lovely touch although the image stands well on its own even without it. Fantastic stuff.

Couldn't resist coming back to have another look at this beauty, Kim. I can't get over the quality of detail and texture you've captured in those rocks. Simply out of this world.

At least it's hit 30 (although it deserves triple that number).
