I stood out in the bitter wind for so long that the cold went to my head and I began to develop feelings for this tree.
Might not mean much to anyone else.
It almost looks like the branches are swinging on an axis from the middle of that large branch. Have you arranged another date?

An excellent image of wind - the pink sunset softens the cold atmosphere nicely.
Love the motion blur that you've picked up on this Michael. The simple composition really adds emphasis.
