Damaged caused by illegal motor-bikes off roading across the hills of the Brecon Beacons. Pen y Fan is in the distance. The park authority have since put up a small post saying it's illegal, but what else can they do apart from fence it all off? I've been in the area when they were riding across the hills and it's a rather intimidating experience.

I know this place well, and of the problem. I worked in RCT in off-road enforcement for a time. Nice photo and good to see the problem being shown.
