Thanks for the votes and comments on yesterdays upload.

Today another DCM (deliberate camera movement) image. This time the camera was tripod mounted to allow only a vertical axis of movement. The trick to this I found was to have the camera already moving when the shutter is released.

Tree's make for especially good DCM subjects. The linear shapes and the colours suggest to the viewer what the image is of. In this case I wanted to see if whether the tones would also add a sense of the season. I'm not convinced that they do, but they are warm and I find the image inviting. I can imagine this as a large canvas, however I doubt that will ever come to pass.

it makes for a great abstract, Adam.
the bright green in bg makes me think to spring rather than autumn, but remains an inviting picture.
