Tried all summer to get a decent pic of the Buzzards...still trying.
Put it on small as it shows how rubbish it is large.

Actually, it's not rubbish at all.
I've just opened it in Photoshop and made a slight "levels" adjustment, bringing the sliders friom both ends inwards until they just touch the ends of the histogram, that's taken care of the exposure and contrast, then added just a touch of sharpening using the USM.
And that's it. I used CS5 but those tools are extremely basic and will appear in any worthwhile editor.

Edit: And as usual, the mod. looks nothing like the version I have here. The levels adjustments have become overcooked and all of the sharpening has been removed.
