Excellent clarity, Ian, and a great shape in the frame. It does look just a tad over-sharpened though.
Dave
Thx guys for the comments and vote, just wondering why you are saying it is over sharpened because on my screens it looks pin sharp, but i may be missing something..
I wouldn't say it's over sharpened but for whatever reason, there's a small halo around it on here as well Ian.
Thx Jester for the comment, i cannot see the halo either lol, are you talking about the fine white line on the back right wing by chance.
Hi again Ian,
I can see a fine white line around the whole aircraft; perhaps 'halo' wasn't such an accurate description.
I know that you aren't noted for them but I wondered if it was a composite.
Bren.
No not a composite at all, i think it may be colour effects pro and a little too much editing in that area, sadly though i cannot see it on my comp all round which gives me room for concern as to how far i dare go with the editing.
I didn't think that it would have been a composite which was why it puzzled me slightly.
It could, I suppose, be my cheap old non-calibrated monitor but it doesn't pick up that kind of effect on any other images and Dave's spotted that he thinks that it's oversharpened.
Oversharpening can cause that effect (why am I telling you this ! ?) Perhaps that white line is what he was referring to?
could well be, ill have to keep an eye on my images from now on and see what happens, I am suprised i did not spot it but then for me it is difficult to see.
