I like it. Unusual to say the least! Is that a Japanese temple on his little finger? If so, what is it meant to represent?

The temple is for my friend Naoko from Japan, she said to me once that she liked guys with big hands so I said "my hands are so big that people could live in them".
The picture is for her.
Very story telling! I like the texture and tone. Brilliant image!
