A still-life of some flowers which were gracing a table of a party recently attended. V2 is a full colour version, however I prefer the subtle hues of V1.
Thanks for the warm welcome back and for your lovely comments and votes.
v1 for me too carol wonderful tones and detail hope the party was a good one a cracker nice one
Both work well but I'm with you in preferring V1.
Oh yeah...totally. I see what you mean, Carol...I prefer the subdued hues too Excellent capture to begin with
Definitely v1 for me Carol. I'm guessing those glasses were full before you started!!
Can't get V2 Carol (I think we're on narrowband here in Chesterfield) but love the mood of V1.
I also prefer V1Carol, but I think it resembles a colour pop. Lovely still life. Moira
v1 for me too Carol
V2 for me just to be different
Oh. can't make my mind up!!
A beautifully worked image, handled very well and presented at its best.
Think I'd like the mono version but with full colour in the flowers.
I can see that V1 is subtle and stylish though.
I love them both, Carol. Carol
Two lovely images Carol. Difficult to choose between them. V1 but only just
Welcome back Carol! Difficult to choose between the two of them!
V1 for me too
Consensus seems to favour V1, and so do I. The desaturation adds atmosphere I think.
Looks like lots of wine supping has taken place! A great still-life shot, Carol, like both and think V1 works well
Lovely use of light here.
