Taken at the Autosport 1000km of Silverstone
I hadnt done any motorsport photography before I went to this event and I thought I would have a try at panning.
Unfortunately my monopod (which I think would have made life easier) was 3 counties and 70 odd miles away at home so handheld it was to be.

Iso 100
Shot in aperture priority so as to slow the shutter speed down in increments...Well that was the plan anyway!!
