Thanks Joan and Coleen, Yes Ryan. Consumer reports gave our camera 550D / T2i a high rating. I never owned an expensive DSLR so can not compare, yet it seems to do quite well as long as one is careful setting details and holding steady. I have one deluxe [ L ] lens. The Canon 70 - 300mm f4.5 so that helps. TG
