The Avro Vulcan "Spirit of Great Britain" - XH558 displaying at the RIAT.
Iron overcast is the nickname the American's gave it, presumably because they have no word for aluminium.
I have not being following the XH558 saga very closely, but I think there was some mention of an engine failure which presumably accounts for the different look to the engine nacelles.
