Looks ready to milk, DebuSmile. The greeks must think goats milk is best, they make their famous feta cheese with it. Carol

The cheeses tend to be very strong tasting though.

Interesting facts debu. I can't drink milk myself but take skimmed in cereal.
I do like Goats cheese in small quantities as I find it very filling.

Goats milk is the healthiest but I don't have a lot of milk in my diet.
Soy milk is proceessed and grown now with genetically modified conditions.
I steer clear of anything like that.
This little lady looks a cutey and ready to milk too………

Happy to be number 30 here. Lovely shot and a good write up! In my little village in Portugal my grandparents kept a few goats and as a little girl I remember getting the first cup after the milking... It was very tasty! Grandma used to make goats cheese and it was lovely at breakfast with her home made bread. Those are flavours I'd love to re-taste again... IB

Very good rural scene and very interred ting information. We eat a lot of goat's cheese it comes directly from the farm. Milk is difficult to buy here.
