Another snap from the Natural History Museum. I liked all these little creatures crawling up the walls and this one seemed to be spying on the guy with the ipad. I waited for someone to pass into the empty space at the back and the chap in the subdued clothing kindly obliged.
Been chucking it down in London this morning but now the sky's clear and the sun's out. A pub lunch is in order I think.
Update - as soon as I typed that a thick blanket of grey cloud came rolling over.
Thanks for dropping by.
Chris

How co-operative of your two 'models' to pose perfectly for this, Chris. I wonder how many people have never even noticed those creatures watching their every move?

An excellently composed candid here, Chris ![]()
No rain here up norf in Wakefield, but it's been grey and gloomy all morning ![]()
Enjoy your pub lunch! ![]()

Quite spooky, Moira aka Chris. Very Dr Who and very spotted and composed.

I haven't invaded your pf, honestly I haven't! Though I'd love to have taken this, it's my sort of shot. Quirky and funny. I like the idea of two different characters spying on your subject. Well three, including you.
Given the location I assume that this was hand-held (or camera propped on a banister) - in which case particularly well done!

Hand held Moira, but thank goodness for the tilt screen. I rarely use it but it came in very useful here. I was on the bridge where the bit of tree trunk is. Had to hold the camera up high because a wall got in the way. ![]()
And thanks again Jenn! Didn't expect any awards for this one, so particularly welcome. ![]()

Superb shot, excellent composition, well spotted and captured.

Quote: I'm sure it would be very good in BW as well.
I've been wondering about b&w here. By removing the colour distinction between animate and inanimate you would add to the ambiguity...
