I'm sure many of you have had a similar experience :-
You've got yourself into a nice position to take a great shot, got a sense for the perfect moment to capture your subject, light's perfect, framing just so, and then...
and then some woman wanders right in front of you and spoils everything !

It's enough to make a chap despair !

I have just the slightest, teensiest feeling that in this case I'd rather have the intruder in my frame than the subject Wink
But of course you're right!

Yes Barry, some women do like to be the centre of attention !!
You just can't win with them.
I bet this one would tell you that you might have gave her a chance to comb her hair !!
Mick.

Obviously you hadn't focussed properly or the band would have been sharp and not her. TongueGrin

Well I'd rather have her in focus than the two blokes in the bg, Barry, even if she is having a bad hair day! Love her distainful expression.

Nice one. That's a fabulous look she's giving you. The gift is to be able to recognise the shot's value rather than immediately deleting it. (I was photographing a busker yesterday and people kept walking in front of me - I wonder how many strong images I deleted?)

All things considered, I think I'd rather have the shot the way it is too. She's a lot prettier than the band.

The wife of a friend at work had a similar experience. She took her camera to a gig, & was trying to get a photo of the band. Every time she clicked, the muppet in front of her threw his hands in the air & bellow "yeah". She spent most of her time deleting & trying again.
