GWR Manor 4-6-0 No.7822 'Foxcote manor' on the climb from Goathland to Pickering on the NYMR Autumn Steam Gala 2011.
This was the first ever visit of this class of locomotive to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

A good view point that shows the train in full. I also like the way the wall leads the eye in from the right.

Glynnis you are right about Saturday, it was rather warm hence not much smoke/steam which was the only thing missing on the day. A good day nevertheless.

Senn this was posted straight from the camera, unfortunately have not had a chance to tweek it yet.

The little bit of wall just elongates the train all the more. Well done for getting the whole thing in.
The lack of steam makes it look stationary, its very odd. Lovely image though Smile
