A fantastic capture. Followed one of these around the gardens in Versaille last week. Managed to get lots of pictures of the branch it just left!
A very crisp and clear picture. Well done.

great shot of te jay but its a shame you have a messy b/g and with the large b/g branch intruding the pic
but the bird is pinsharp and superb exposure

Possibly Linda, I normally see a group of 4-5 of them being very cagy in the distance and then I just wait, and wait and wait lol

Superb capture, excellent detail and colour. I think he stands out well in this a good natural shot.

I agree they are beautiful birds,the ones I see are either too far away or just flying away.This is an excellent shot.
