I think it's V 3 that appeals the best to me, Cliff, but I do rather like the over saturated presentations at V 1 and 2 with the blooms set against the sky.
I had some of these for a few years in a herbaceous border and they bloomed for months but they had a propensity for spreading and invading all the neighbouring plants and crowding them out, so I had to sacrifice them and many others. But I do miss them as they provided such interesting images, just as your shots today demonstrate.
