Okay, this is my official 1st time shooting a car. And I'm still quite a noob in this. Well, every shot is a learning process, I will be better =D

I think it's a good shot due to it's viewpoint and the contrast you have. Perhaps a slight improvement would be to lighten up the alloys/wheels a bit, either by Dodging in PS or lighting them on location.
Good work though.

A really good image, but, IMHO, I'd rotate it a little to the right and add a touch of light to the wheels, I'd also add a tad more contrast and would bring more contrast into the sky immediately behind the car.

Paul its actually a black rim =D managed to somehow bring out the lights in them and made it chrome. haha.. thanks for the tip tho!
