I ended up on top of Emmetts Hill, Purbeck, Dorset, yesterday evening, and witnessed some of the most intense sunset light I have seen for a long time (at least when out with the camera ).
Being one of the most exposed spots along this stretch of coast, and with the wind howling through my tripod, I had to keep reminding myself that it's around a 100m drop.
I needed the tripod up high to get the comp. I was after, so pushed the ISO a bit, and wait for a brief lull in the gusts.
Thanks for dropping by as always, and a great weekend to everyone.
