This is a poor quality picture I took this with my pocket camera phone. I give it a little bit of a boost by giving it a little bit of a 3-D look. Now you can do this in photoshop elements in 9 but what you cannot do in photoshoto elements is the warped brush because it does not have it . So use cs3 and do all in manual by doing this you are learning more about the way to do things
