Taken at a world war 2 re-enactment at Margam Park at the weekend. Really hope this doesnt offend anyone. If it does i will pull the photo as not to cause any arguements.

Any act like this must be looked at only from the perspective of rememberance; a dark part of human history that we should never forget, especially those who died fighting for the humanity triumph.
Well captured, +++ for facial expression and the way you've organized the elements within your frame.
P.S. It won't create any argument, I hope, as movie art continues to re-create the atmosphere and acts of bravery so many on those times and so less remembered today.

great photo, history happend no one can change that i agree with ovi
Unfortunately another icon which is used to represent evil much like our own union jack is now used by some modern day radical groups.
These re-enactment groups unlike the radicals want to keep history alive and represent the brave man and women who fought for what they believed was there duty at the time, Only by keeping it alive do we remember and have the patential to learn from it.
Very well done, the pose and placement of the symbol on the flag complement each other, It definitely has impact, great portrait
