One of my favourite flowers, WR. I don't know if this is the same species but we saw so many trees covered in these flowers in New Zealand in December a few years back I had to bring some seeds home (never did germinate though). Bottle brush in Britain, Pohutukawa (Christmas tree plant) in New Zealand.

This is so special Red especially with the curly buds coming though.
My tree is also full with flowers and the birds ( honey eaters) are havimg a good feed.
