Juvenile Mallard

My bungalow has kept me busy over the past few months so I have not been on the site alot.....

However a new toy arrived today in the form of a 300mm prime lens and I couldn't wait to give it a whirl..

I will need to do some weight lifting lessons as when it's coupled to the D700 it's flipping heavy, although you can still get away without the use of a mono or tripod.

Now all I have to do is knock my dining room into a kitchen and maybe I'll be able to get out and take some more images.
