A shoot with Kari-Ann
Wasn't sure how best to clean up the hair to the left.

Short answer is dont, - it looks perfectly normal.
if you want to remove a few of the hairs, since the background is black. them zoom in, select a soft black brush, and while holding down the shift key, click along the side of her face in small increments to follow the contours of the face.
I would however be a lot more concerned with the very strong Magenta cast on her skin. Ive loaded a mod so you can compare.
Olympus can do this somethimes, so shooting in raw and calibrating white balance is the way to go.
theres a "rule of thumb" for Caucasian skin colour, and if you drop a colour sample point on her hand or shoulder, where theres no make up, using CMYK, Cyan should be about 1/3 to 1/3 the value of magenta, and yellow should be slightly ( 2 or 3 %) above magenta. In this shot, cyan is zero, magenta is 54%, and yellow is 20%. This is corrected in the mod.
Hope this is helpful,
regards
Willie

Agree totally with Willie about colour, and no need to do anything with the hair wisps. I added a mod with a colour correction (I went for a more subtle colour shift), and got rid of the left eye glare and added slight saturation to the lips / eyes.
It's well sharp - good to see the Olympus delivering such quality.
Thanks for the feedback - very helpful - I think it's somewhere in the middle of the two modifications colour wise (the room with the lights on gets hotter as the shoot progresses so it's possible / likely that she was pinker than the start). The lighting was two softboxes, she's looking up at the brighter smaller one, with a larger one about 45degrees to her. Camera on manual settings with remote flash trigger.
Colour balance aside it's a lovely portrait. Pete's edit seems to have a very natural appearance that i find appealing.
