Photo shoot at Ade's studio today, thanks to Ian for this gift of a session at the studio with Kate as a model.
Having had a full day experimenting with my new lights here is the first of many photos I took today. Thanks to Ade for his advice on the use of my lights and the processing of this photo and thanks to Kate for being such a good model.
I like the way I have been able to capture the light in her hair and the slight catchlight in her eyes. I also like the detail in the wooden earrings.
Any comments and critique welcome.

Considering this was your first proper studio session I think you have done brilliantly with this shot. It is one I think many people would be proud of!
