Do you remember…
...the Bisto Kids, Camp coffee in bottles, Oxo cubes in tins, Marmite, Golden Shred marmalade with a paper Golly inside the jar on top of the marmalade? If so, you're older than I thought!
I used to collect the paper Gollies, and when you got so many, you sent them in and got yourself an enamel Golly badge. Everyone seems to deny liking Camp coffee, but I used to love it. And I still buy jars of Marmite! ![]()

Steve...
Know them all Trev, many happy memories.
Regards
Trev.
I remember my Dad collecting Golden Shred labels, sending them off and getting a little plaster of paris golli*** model in return. Those were the days before the name of the Golli*** had to be shortened. It was spelt with an 'i' and not a 'y' then.
My mum always had a bottle of Camp, but I think she used it only for one thing, making coffee flavoured fudge.

Golly, we don't see gollies any more! I know why, but think it's such a shame. I grew up with all of these, Trev, and drank Camp coffee for some time until I realised it had a high sugar content. Oops, showing my age.
I remember it all and so well
I liked camp coffee to and the gollies I have a friend used to collect the little ornaments not the badges you mention, maybe you dont remember those
good ole days and great shot to remind us
