v1 is lovely old fashioned roses and salvia.
V2 is what we call "beauty bush" amidst Russian dogwood and a ground juniper.

So glad you've told us the flower names - so many to learn and remember!
V1I always think of salvia as red so now I know there blue too - V1 does have an old fashioned garden look.
Two lovely colurful images. Thank for PM identifying the Primula yesterday - I'd never have associated those with the primula family!
