La Villacoise

I'm not a cat-lover but I make an exception for her.

She turned up at our house in France last July and has made a home in our wood-shed. She is feral but sociable. Her main aim in life is to get into the house but she's banned because there's no-one there for large chunks of the year, especially winter, and I'm massively allergic to cats.

I don't know much about cats but she looks expensive! Nevertheless, I'm told there are many cats like her around the village of Villac, hence the name

She doesn't sit still for more than 3 milliseconds so it's taken me hours to get anything even remotely in focus. I wouldn't want to have tried it in film
