Love it Sue and I like the processing. I use this 'moody' feel quite a lot. I like the composition as well, however I would be tempted to take out the crane and also crop the tiny edge of building creeping in on the left. Great image.
I haven't been to London for years, but this looks really great to me, and I like the inclusion of the bridge in the foreground, it adds another dimension and different shapes too.
