Taken in the garden yesterday. Cannot remember the name of this dainty Rose but it is a climber and the flowers are a bare 2 inches across. It is essentially summer blooming and I have never ever seen it coming into bloom again for a second time.

Many thanks for your C&Cs on my last upload - greatly appreciated as always Smile

The seasons are all mixed up this year with flowers and shrubs blooming at unexpected times: this is a beautiful rose, Sylvia, and I bet it has a gorgeous scent: the detail and petal texture is finely recorded and with the black b/g it shows off to perfection.
Ronnie.

A beautiful specimen which you have photographed and presented so superbly. I'm glad this one was a flower and not a pic of Compo, Clegg, Foggy, Norah Batty et al!Wink
