This would ALSO be a great picture if it was ONLY the model's head and arm.
The light on that part of the picture is what 'makes' the image, for me.

Great control of light , exposure spot on , fantastic legs.
Letting the neck relaxed , the head would fall more back and maybe more relaxed pose ?
