I always liked this image, but didn't have any vision as to how I could make it look as interesting as an image,
as the pose itself.
Most of this work is initially done using the photoshop pen tool, then doing it again until it looks right Smile

Probably worth re-iterating that that is her foot/shoe, and she did actually pose in the position you see - I have not photoshopped her pose at all.
