This is yours truly making the leap of faith from Adam to Eve.
These are huge rocks found on the top of Tryfan in Snowdonia. The rocks make the mountain stand to just over the 3000 ft threashold by just a couple of feet. So to truly say you have climbed to the top of the mountain you must step across the gap between the rocks.
Not advised in wet or very windy weather, imagine jumping from and to uneven platforms about the twice the size of dinner chairs, with a drop to one side of about 200 feet and you'll understand why only the brave manage to acheive their goal.

Quote: Nice one Paul,I still havent got round to doing this.
Who took the shot/how was it took.
Well I would love to say that I set the camera up on a convenient rock and managed to jump just as the camera timer clicked, but I can't. My youngest lad Jacob took it for me. It's a kind of one chance shot, especially if you fall!
brilliant! a man with a large set!
It was waaaay to windy when I got to the top.. Will have to try again on a better day..
Excellent shot... and there is no way I would do that... I would be like humpty dumpty and have the great fall loll ![]()
Quote: This is the most rediculous, irresponsible, stupidly dangerous thing I,ve heard of, fancy giving your camera to your youngest lad !!!!
