For Veteran's Day....a photo of my dad as a young soldier.
He was a medic in the 3rd Armored Div. and served in England and France. Bless them all, and may we always remember.

A handsome young man, Joline, how proud you must be of him. A fine tribute to those brave men and women who fought in WW1 and WW2, to make the world a better place. WE WILL REMEMBER THEM. Carol

Good to see somebody who served.
I bet he saw some awful wounds and fatalities.
Gone but not forgotten.

A timely reminder - few people, certainly in England, were not affected in one way or another.

It's lovely to see the smart young man.
I also posted a photo of my Dad as a young soldier
a year ago for Remembrance day.
Few remain now from WWII but they won't be forgotten.
